Moroccan cuisine was voted the best in the world after a poll of internet users on Instagram. The contest was launched by Pubity, one of the largest pages for news and entertainment on this social network.

The secular culture of the Kingdom continues to shine in every corner of the planet. This time, Moroccan cuisine took the spotlight by winning the contest for the best kitchens in the world, surpassing several countries.

The contest was organized by the Instagram page Pubity, which has 39 million followers. To do this, the organizers compiled a list of 36 countries known for their gastronomy, including Italy, India, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Turkey, and France, among others. It was the internet users who chose a winner in each round of the competition.

Moroccan cuisine defeated Nigeria's in the first round, followed by South Africa's in the second round (quarter-finals), before facing Italian cuisine. Unsurprisingly, Morocco won the semi-final against Japan.

Our cuisine thus found itself in the final round against that of Mexico. Both kitchens are particularly spicy. But in the end, Morocco triumphed with no less than 2.5 million votes.
