This $20 billion facility, touted as the largest single-train refinery in the world, aims to alleviate fuel shortages in the country by producing 650,000 barrels per day

With 44% of its production allocated to domestic consumption and 56% to export, the refinery is set to significantly reduce Nigeria's dependence on fuel imports while stabilizing the naira and mitigating inflation, which has recently exceeded 33%.
